Katerina is a passionate early childhood education advocate, a driven professional with a diverse background in business, human resources, and collegiate coaching.

Kat currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Specialist for the seven Magical Beginnings’ locations on the Northshore of Massachusetts. Katerina holds a degree in Business Management from Bentley University.

She has been dedicated to the cause of childhood education over a decade. Kat’s deeply rooted connection to childhood education drives her efforts to make a broader difference in the community. She also provides the board a unique perspective on talent management and organizational development. Her commitment to the cause motivates her to contribute her time, treasure, and talent to the Foundation.

A former standout goalie and member of the Bentley Women’s Soccer Team, Kat now serves as the team’s goalkeeper coach. This provides her with an opportunity to mentor and inspire the next generation of student-athletes, while also staying connected to the university that helped shape her personal and professional journey.
