Susan serves as the Secretary of EmpowerGen. As secretary, Susan serves as an active conduit for communication among the board members, ensures mission alignment and community impact, and provides important governance support.

Susan’s true passion lies in service. She brings decades of experience in working with people of all ages and demonstrated outcomes, with a particular focus on underserved communities, senior citizens, and, most recently, with differently-abled children.

She was part of the team who founded and serviced North Reading’s adaptive soccer program, has served in leadership roles within parent-teacher organizations, and has particular talent and vision around how we can effectively execute our mission.

Outside of EmpowerGen, Susan loves interior design, reading, all things coastal, connecting with friends, and time spent with her family in Wilmington, MA
